Pros

There was a great culture, many talented, smart but also sociable people to work with. It was the perfect environment to cut your teeth in the startup/scaleup sector. Some senior leaders in the business are fantastic with some empowering their teams and building an environment the teams love.

Cons

There was never a product market fit in the US. It's shameful how much time and money has been wasted building and removing US sales team members and trying to make the software work for that market. Culture and atmosphere declined after several layoffs and the pandemic. Some of the values are just writing on the wall to some exec not really paying attention to them.

positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

Cons

upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
