Change of management which led to micromanagement and many layoffs of talented people. Company focused and spent all its efforts and money on the US market when there was no market fit for the US. Not a great People team

positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

Cons

upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
