Pros

The staff there are all amazing people, so friendly and down to earth

Cons

well, after a week of listening to the manager go on about how much money he has you will then be put on the sales floor and FORCED to bring ENERGY into the room, if not you get moaned at saying you need to be loud enough, completely unprofessional management swearing all the time and making fun of other people, if you dont hit your target you are pointed out at the meetings and if you dont bring enough ENERGY then its not the place for you, staff are made to stand up for most of the day and if your call stats are not good enough they demoralise you and put you down, no hot food allowed in the 8 seated kitchen area for over 100 staff working there, all in all its a joke of a company out of my training group only 2 people have ended up staying there, they will hire anyone seriously its a call centre that has been open for over 3 years and only have 12 staff members, their employee turnover is ridiculous, told different things about pay and then when you do get your salary it doesnt even add upto 1000 for 160 hours a month, its pathetiq, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Pros

24/7 CALL CENTER SO THERE ARE A LOT OF SHIFTS TO CHOOSE FROM AND IN TURN A LOT OF MONEY TO BE MADE.

Cons

The scheduling is not that great. Lots of times you will be required to work home days. I say try it!
