Pros

A great company with growth opportunities. Everyone is committed to helping you succeed. There is a very strong team driven mentality where if you don't know something anyone can and will help. If you don't know just ask! It's a very forward thinking company that tries very hard to help aid teamwork and collaborative thinking. From promoting game nights, group outings, company lunch once a week and more they want everyone to know and feel comfortable working together, oh and the occasional Nerf Gun fight. Anyway it all helps promote openness across all the teams. If all that doesn't suck you in the M&M's, Soda and snacks should.

Cons

This is a Pro and Con it's a very challenging environment. If you want to be a cog that can lost in a big company then this isn't for you. This environment will challenge your thinking and abilities. They will give you the tools to get it done but your better off if you have that drive to know more and figure out something new.

Pros

If you're smart, hungry and excited by a challenge - then Unidesk is the spot for you. The company has seen significant growth y/y in the ~3 years I've been here. I was employees number 50 something, now we're well over 100. The product is extremely disruptive and rock-solid. Customers absolutely love it. I can confidently say I sell a product that impacts our customers lives in a really positive way. Company vision is very bright. Our Executive team is aligned and focused. Management prefers to promote from within than hire from the outside. Everyone here wants to see you succeed. Very strategic sale. Sales reps here need to wear a lot of hats. You'll learn to hone all sorts of marketable skills in a short period of time for career advancement.

Cons

the commute - but that depends where you live.
