We currently have a group of over 100 amazing employees and contractors working on our team. While we have hired a lot of bright, new people during our growth since the onset of Covid, our average tenure is 4 years, and we have quite a few team members who have been with the company for much longer (up to 28 years). We celebrate our 40th anniversary this year. While we are pained to read negative reviews, we are a very open and transparent company, and we encourage anyone concerned about these reviews to meet as many of our new and longer-term folks as possible to get a feel for our culture and the general level of happiness in the company.
