Pros

Software product and services organization at the forefront of Microsoft IC technology with Skype and Teams. Remote workers are common allowing the company to focus on talent and not location Tight partnership with Microsoft enabling the company to be at the forefront of technological changes. Management allows employees to do their work without unnecessary micro managing. Transparency from senior leadership in bi-weekly calls

Cons

The remote working could be a problem for people that thrive on daily interpersonal interactions. While there is transparency, there is room to improve the interorg communications. Overlapping functions (sales, consulting, managed services) that deal with customers at different times are not always giving visibility to those dialogs

Pros

Unify Square was one of the best places I have worked in my career so far. The culture is unbeatable - I felt included as part of the team from day one, everyone seemed to genuinely care about their coworkers, work life balance was on point, the benefits were outstanding, and the product brings real value to customers. Because the company is small there can be blurred lines around job responsibilities. If you like to take a proactive approach and get your hands dirty, this is a great place to do just that - employees are allowed to take real ownership over their projects and can easily get involved in cross-departmental projects to gain new experience and skills. This also makes it a great place to get experience if you're looking to break into the tech industry.

Cons

Career growth within the company can be difficult due to its smaller size. The company may not be the right fit for those who like well-established processes.
