The leadership at UnifyID is extremely insightful, innovative, and collaborative. The co-founders are two amazing individuals who make it a point to ensure that the the team is always developing and that everyone is having the best professional experience while also truly looking forward to coming to work everyday. As a team, UnifyID is constantly working to break barriers and explore new ventures. Every individual is always learning while given ideal resources and freedom to complete responsibilities. Working at a start-up has made me extremely appreciative of close-knit communities and I am excited to be a part of the UnifyID journey!

If you want a strict schedule and micro-management, then the culture here might not be the best fit. UnifyID tries to allow for individuals to spearhead projects that they are particularly passionate about.
