Pros
Other than having a solid product, UnifyID stands out for having a highly talented team and a strong focus on research. Indeed, the office atmosphere is much like a research lab: from the discussions of novel papers to the ubiquitous free food, well-forked engineers and PhDs collaborate to identify what makes you unique. As a machine learning intern, I was allowed significant independence in designing and executing on a project that was of interest to both me and UnifyID. In the process, I had the opportunity to learn several new tools and techniques that were gainfully applied to exploring new, large-scale datasets. True to its motto of "Be authentic. Be yourself," whether intern or employee, UnifyID gives you the freedom to fully express your creativity in developing the future of authentication.
Cons
There may be some coordination issues as the company grows and teams become more disjoint, but I have confidence that they will implement a sensible solution.
