Pros

Great products you can embrace and promote. Decent, fair pay with bonus potential , company vehicle, great 401K retirement savings plan.

Cons

Many priorities and shuffling of priorities. Responsible for both operator calls and distributor planning. Unreasonable adherence to a weekly sales call number matrix that puts quantity over quality and makes it hard to develop your best accounts.

Pros

Hard to find any pros now... nice new office with a view, Good products. Company store. Good stamp on the resume (I guess).

Cons

UL has lost its way. Used to be an exceptional company when it fundamentally was ethical, environmental and prioritized Customer and employee service. Its now clear that the company is being milked by the board for money. Layoffs, sketchy financial activity, disconnected leadership structures with no feedback loops. Office politics are rampant and you cant get promoted, UL creates their own "glass ceiling" to limit promotions. Multiple divestitures over the past years.
