      - a company with high values - had so many benefits that allows a better work/life balance - Respects family condition, especially for women that want to take a career-break for kids - Equal paternity choices for both parents

      Cons

      - so many unexpected changes in organization - evolution takes so much time, they tend to hire externally more then promoting internal employees

      Hard to find any pros now... nice new office with a view, Good products. Company store. Good stamp on the resume (I guess).

      Cons

      UL has lost its way. Used to be an exceptional company when it fundamentally was ethical, environmental and prioritized Customer and employee service. Its now clear that the company is being milked by the board for money. Layoffs, sketchy financial activity, disconnected leadership structures with no feedback loops. Office politics are rampant and you cant get promoted, UL creates their own "glass ceiling" to limit promotions. Multiple divestitures over the past years.
