      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Convenient location and in house cafeteria. Decent benefits. Company events held on site which does make it easy for employees to participate.

      Cons

      Many policies in place but those policies don't apply to management. How to get ahead within the company - make sure you have a Sr. Executive as your champion. Hard workers may not be rewarded. Yearly reorganizations with layoffs and positions eliminated and remaining workers get double the workload. They preach about work and personal life balance but don't support it. HR not very helpful with benefits or supporting employees with any issues. No training and very difficult to get new employees on board with equipment. High turnover.

      Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

      Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues

      Pros

      The work is easy and your teammates are generally helpful. The pay is good. They are involved in the community.

      Cons

      Some of HR don't know what they are doing and most of them are two faced and try to get you fired. There are a lot of lazy people and Management expects the harder working people to do their job as well. Benefits are not so good anymore. There is a lot of favoritism to friends from management and some from HR. It's getting worse as the years go by.
