Poor ITG management - Anonymous employee Union Bank Employee Review

Lack of training and opportunities. Annual performance review by your manager was such a joke and very subjective. Your position will be secured if and only if you make your manager looks good in front of his boss and customers. Countless "Catch 22" situations/decisions were made from/by the management through out my career with the bank.
