Management is a mess. It started when MUFG NY started to take over LA. NY really had no clue. Massive cultural problems between Tokyo/NY and LA. More recently US Bank made an offer for UB mainly to gain retail space on the West Coast. There are going to be even more significant cuts when/if US bank takes over (USB massively overpaid for UB). Consider the job security at this transformational time.
