Worst place to work for with a hostile work environment - Sr. Relationship Banker Union Bank Employee Review

There technology is Arcaic and outdated making every task twice as difficult and tedious to complete. My Manager was terrible and made working there a literal nightmare. Had a boss who belittled me and put me down every chance he could get while consistently reminding me of his accolades when he was banker to remind me of our experience gap. The work environment was hostile and unfriendly and i was reminded every day by my management team how unwelcoming they are and how that was unimportant to them as long as we were making branch goals team culture was unimportant and i believe that is backwards thinking.
