Pros
Great stability compared to working for tech company. Pay is decent if you're up in the ranks. Great work-life balance. Some exciting changes to the bank/management is in the pipeline.
Cons
Benefits could be better. Typical corporate politics. Management definitely needs to do an assessment of current workforce. HR is not resourceful or supportive at all.
