      Pros

      recently laid off from UB. I cant imagine a better layoff experience. they gave plenty of notice, offered career counselling and severance.

      Cons

      ub is shrinking their workforce. as a result there are a lot fewer opportunities in retail and support roles these days

      Antiquated system software. They do things in a very old school way.
