Pros
Great place to get experience and learn the trade. Plenty of opportunity to move up and around to learn every angle of the industry. They have many great managers but also some not so good to save money.
Cons
The company will make cuts as necessary to meet their budgets regardless of your performance. Nevertheless, while there take advantage and learn. Your experience is well appreciated and welcomed everywhere else.
