Solid communication from executive leadership Always looking for ways to grow, streamline efficiencies Consistently improving Omni channels/experience Good people; many have been there for 20+ years demonstrating their loyalty for a good company
Cons
Some legacy internal software systems not always compatible with more current trends/systems at other competitors. Customers shifting behaviors towards more "self-serve" will continually negatively impacting the number of branches as well as working with very lean staffing models.
