Good place, communication necessary - Anonymous employee Union County College Employee Review

Lack of communication. Management feels that it is their way or the highway. They claim to listen to everyone idea, but they don't. The lie to themselves all the time, and if they were more truthful and honest, the College really would be a great place. Assuming the current President leaves after Middle States, the next President has their work cut out for them in building morale.
