Pros
Paid time off, but that is becoming less certain since they seem to change the time to accrue and use PTO without notice.
Cons
No respect from management. The management is completely incompetent and the president is an egomaniac. The environment is so much the opposite of student-centered, everyone jokes about the "Students are #1" motto. The union contract is basically an excuse to treat union employees like dirt and give crummy raises.
