      Pay though its salary, pension though the fine print says its not guaranteed, many retirements coming.

      Cons

      Hours 60-70 per week, nights weekends holidays, 2500 dollar deductible health insurance, real estate risk, small bonuses, unfairness in promotions, unfairness in locations you are stationed at. Omaha has nothing but a zoo...

      Good pay and benefits. Work is challenging.

      Cons

      Weak lower and middle management - they only care about their own careers. Poor morale. UP went down hill after Jim Young passed away.
