Pay and Benefits are great. Once you build up some senority(4-5 years) you are looking at 80k+

Cons

Being on call 24/7 leaves little free time. Employees are furloughed often.

Weak lower and middle management - they only care about their own careers. Poor morale. UP went down hill after Jim Young passed away.
