Pros
There are a ton of different jobs at UP and the opportunity to have multiple careers here. Good compensation, solid 9 - 5 job.
Cons
Expect to push a lot of paper your first 10 years if you want to be successful in this company. This is not a place you gain tons of experience, but you pay your dues at the bottom to (hopefully) get to the top.
