Pros
All of my peers and about 50% of middle managers have been good people. UP's paychecks don't bounce. The building never caught on fire.
Cons
Moronic bureaucracy. The amount of reviews and meetings that need to take place to get anything done is at a government level. Most executives are clueless or in denial about results or what is possible. Everything is always an emergency and massively behind schedule. Leadership (Fritz and Knight) have essentially gutted the culture. Lance Fritz is also aggressively dishonest with employees at any townhall or employee forum event.
