The salary is pretty decent, but not for the hours.
Cons
Everything else. Horrible management intense micro management, no funding, lack of accountability, those who work hard get worked harder, those that dont work hard get to skate, 60-80 hr per week. Lack of planning. No strategic planning. Little follow through. Zero teamwork. Left to fend for yourself against the world.
