      Pros

      Pension is nice if your job doesnt get cut before you make it to retirement

      Cons

      Company has no intrest in employees only profits. Jobs are disappearing at an alarming rate. Real saftey issues take a back seat. Pay is below average in my area. Health benefits get more expensive and cover less.
