Well it's employee engagement survey time again. They bribe us by offering to feed us, donate money to a charity or even give points towards absenteeism to do an "engagement survey"... if we were truly engaged you wouldn't have to bribe the workforce to give feedback... if the results were actually beneficial you wouldn't have to bribe us. The biggest slap in the face is when you turn around and tell investors how "engaged" the workforce is after you BRIBE us and basically strong arm us into taking it. No sick time Vague algorithm based attendance policy Strict rules over when vacation may be used Industry lagging pay Poor work conditions Safety trending the wrong direction 20+ years for a weekend day off. the list goes on and on....
