      Pros

      UP offers good pay and benefits, a retirement which you wholly pay for but a retirement none the less. Company is very stable, and once hired they seldom fire or dismiss people.

      Cons

      You are treated a child, poorly managed at every level, extremely difficult to grow, learn or advance.
