Pros
Compared to other large corporations, UP has very good benefits and pay. Retirement right now is the best in the country. There are also many different avenues that one can take their career.
Cons
Glass box! Management is constantlyl babysitting employees! Even though salaried, they expect that you detail your hours daily. While the retirement is great (pensions), I forsee with future economic environments, the pension won't be what it is now.
