Pros
Decent pay and benefits. Enjoy working with my coworkers for the most part. Easy work if you have common sense and aware of your surroundings.
Cons
Training can be better. When new programs roll out, you're are expected to learn new systems on the computer with incomplete training module. There's a mentality from management that you're incompetent. Doesn't help when they are treated the same way from their bosses too. Creates a hostile work environment between the workers and mamagement. They write you up and suspend you for the lamest things. Even came out with a video to teach you to walk and written a rule not to chew on bottle caps. You turn your head for a second to see where your cut is going to be and they find you in violation of a shove rule. Might as well not blink because your missing the shove in the same amount of time. It's rediculious and petty. And that's just an example.
