Fast-changing environment – While colleagues are willing and able to help, you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and self-driven learning to thrive here.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
