Pros

- Small company, opportunity to learn and contribute - Decent benefits with health insurance, PF etc. - Well located in IIT-M tech park - Mid level managers are good

Cons

- Office space was a bit is cramped up and noisy. Felt in a call center - For a company talking about virtual assistant, biometrics etc., there weren't many technical people/teams with that background. Most were in sales and marketing. - Lots of attrition at junior and management level. - Not much of a process. It was haphazard all the time

Pros

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
