Pros
No work timing which is a con for most departments but good for a few departments Leaders are nice to your face (only)
Cons
The leadership predominantly in sales and marketing does not seem to appreciate the work the engineering team does as much as the other customer facing departments Too much talk not much on the inside Internally a very split up company none of the departments get on well You’d seem lost with not much meaningful work to do Too much pressure on the executive level employees where leadership is actually disconnected on what’s exactly happening No proper ethics in anything. Integrity a issue.
