Pros

Uniphore is a tremendous place to work for many reasons: 1. The company invests on employees; considers its employees as their primary assets. Excellent scope for learning & development. 2. One of the companies, which can boasts of employee friendly culture and customer first approach at the same time. 3. The company invests on products; taking a long term approach. 4. Senior management is always approachable and they have an excellent leadership team. 5. Well defined processes, policies, SOPs for a start-up. 6. Uniphore is a life-time opportunity to leverage technical, leadership and organizational skills.

Cons

Working here for the past 5 years, I donot see any negative as I feel the company is doing whatever best they can for its employees and customers.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
