Pros
Working with a diverse set of people who are motivated, hard working, and most of all, treat people with respect and kindness is a rarity in hard-charging start-ups. Uniphore has shown its true colors over and over since joining and I love it here. They push you to bring your best... always. They are open and honest with feedback and really push hard to get stuff done as a team. Uniphore's culture is one of constant learning and improvement. Example: while I enjoyed the rapid interview/onboarding process, they were still interested in how they can improve for future hires. Management seeks feedback and makes changes quickly to improve and be better. Most start ups just run fast and don't seem to care about fixing the little things... but Uniphore wants to build something great here and I love being part of the team.
Cons
It is a start up... a great one... but still a start up. Resources are (rightfully) tightly managed and things are moving and shifting based on a very dynamic market. Be prepared to give your all... all the time. You will be working global time-zones with not much time to recharge in between so if you're not a high energy, ready-to-roll-up-your-sleeves type of person, you may want to keep looking.
