Pros

Excellent culture and team. Leaders are authentic and approachable and the talent bar is quite high across all employee levels. Great place to learn from some top minds in the business

Cons

Typical of any fast growth global startup, workload can be a bit high at times. But again, most of us join startups to grow them and relish the hustle. Important to be able to prioritize and distinguish between activity and progress.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
