Pros

Great perks, WFH, Unlimited PTO, stock sharing, bonus,, etc... Exposure is good, rapid growth so innovation is constant.. Employees are amazing to collaborate with very bright minds, no micromanagement.

Cons

can be long hours, will have to accommodate other time zones, can be disorganized due to how fast they want to grow versus what they are capable of doing which makes it seem a little dysfunctional at times.

Pros

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
