Pros

Great team! The team and company culture is very welcoming, supportive and positive. They offer unlimited pto, wfh, and the first Friday of the month off.

Cons

Since it’s a global company there are meetings earlier and later than the standard work hours for other regions to participate on calls. It can create a longer feeling work day.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
