Pros

It's been a different experience all together from the first time i spoke to the recruiting team. The interviewers very humble and very interactive with the all round of interviews. Onboarding was a smooth experience interacting with the HR and IT team engaging you well enough for the first day at work. Uniphore has core values and great culture that you will fall in love with the company.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
