Good Organisation for someone with 8 or less experience, No Other pros except working on lastest tech

Cons

HR is Bad - No clue what they are doing Ones on board you life is misery No tax benifits You can be chuked out with no reason given to you every team memeber is scared to talk about , as if they are next in-line Scattered things no clue what is happening, people who are working from day one with this organisation are only safe , rest is ...... No Work life balance , you will be called and asked to work on Weekend too. Extended meetings, most of the team is US based , so calls are late , but moring time to join is 9:30 sharp

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
