Pros

Some people to work with here are friendly, kind, responsive and considerate.

Cons

Other colleagues here can be very rude, inconsiderate, aggressive, and unresponsive. The work/life balance really deteriorates over time as it seems the longer you work here, the more hours they want you to work. You end up having to work at all hours - early mornings, late nights, weekends because there is not enough quality control on the product, so some urgent issue is always occurring.

Cons

Keeping the velocity behind GTM as AI moves Fast and we need to continue to exceed the pace of play and continue to consistently outperform, customer and partner expectations. Whoever does that the best, and that organization will win. And we will win!

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
