Pros

There are some great people that work there.

Cons

There is very little transparency and management tends to go around employees. Upper management does not really know what they are doing so things change all the time and it is very chaotic. At this point in the company's lifecycle, you would think the product would be more mature than it is. But there is a lot of work to be done and the company needs people who know what they are doing to move the company forward.

Culture, People, Value Prop, Solution/Product, Focus, a Bold and Ambitious Vision, Opportunity, Growth

Cons

Keeping the velocity behind GTM as AI moves Fast and we need to continue to exceed the pace of play and continue to consistently outperform, customer and partner expectations. Whoever does that the best, and that organization will win. And we will win!

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
