Pros
Benefits are decent. Some very smart and kind employees.
Cons
The three most fitting words to describe the situation here are nepotism, narcissism, and negligence. Despite the company’s potential and the presence of talented individuals, the CEO is leading it to failure. He consistently hires unqualified people for leadership roles, simply because they are part of his social circle. While he claims to be approachable, he only engages with senior-level Indian leaders, neglecting others in the company. His neglect extends to financial management as well; there are numerous reviews highlighting his extravagant spending, including company-funded parties and social events right before or after layoffs. As for narcissism, it’s clear that you must “kiss the ring” to stay in his favor. During a company-wide meeting, he remarked that “some employees here are disappointing,” showing a lack of respect for his team. Additionally, he never participates in company culture or events that promote employee engagement. I firmly believe that until he is removed from his position, the company will continue to decline, driven into the ground by his reckless spending and poor leadership. Don’t believe the positive reviews as they are coerced from team members.
