Pros

- Decent lunch options every day in the office - Relatively good WFH flexibility - Decent benefits on par with other tech companies

Cons

Leadership is abysmal. The CEO doesn't know what he's doing from one minute to the next and is unable to take any kind of "negative" feedback. He needs to feed his ego constantly, and has surrounded himself with "yes men." Meanwhile, he doesn't seem concerned that critical components of the products don't work - or at least don't work the way they should. There are constant layoffs - usually right before or after the executive team goes on a nice, fancy and expensive retreat together. And all hands meetings are a great opportunity for the CEO to show off his designer shoes while trying to force the majority of people to come into a physical office outside of normal office times for no reason. No real support or professional development opportunities unless you're part of the "inner circle" (aka family or friend of the C-suite execs) - and no clear vision to fix the products and build better relationships with customers so this company can actually succeed. Additionally, while the company's benefits are still decent, they've continually clawed back great benefits over the last couple of years and either replaced them with benefits that few employees actually will need to use or with nothing at all. Makes this company go from a great company culture to a run of the mill tech company culture and it's sad to see. Pay attention to a lot of the positive reviews here. They tend to use the "approved" messaging points from the company - sometimes to the point of ridiculousness.

Pros

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
