Frequent Organisational Changes Semi-Frequent Layoffs Non-standard working hours due to worldwide presence If you don't pivot quickly, you can feel left behind Lots of tribal knowledge within the org. Networking is critical.

not much, free lunch. CEO is running this company.

Cons

NO transparency or Trust with CEO and his team; depressing culture; Board has no idea what is happening internally; most employees are looking for other jobs; horrible reputation the valley- the don't pay bills or vendors for months on end. CEO is completely out of touch with how to run a company and has no care for the employees; constant revolving door of C-suite leaders. TOXIC Environment!
