      Salary and Benefits . It’s not worth the headache working there.

      Cons

      Management has no morals or character. If they stop hiring felons and people with no ethics at all. You have an out of control plant. Employees doing whatever they feel when they want because everyone is related.

      Great management, overtime usually available, diverse workforce, EXCELLENT benefits, Company cares about you!

      Production can fluctuate sometimes, last minute notice of ot or ot cancellation.
