      Great Teamwork, staff and management are truly vested and committed in the work they do in serving the individuals.

      Cons

      There have been little raises for staff for years. Lobbying OPWDD for more money and higher wages for direct support professionals.

      The pay is good and the clients make it enjoyable. Also, the staff are loyal

      Cons

      No job security. Justice Center called for everything, staff penalized for clients calling. A lot of micromanagement. No work life balance
