Terrible commission structure. Capped commission, difficult to understand structure before you accept the offer. My office has an ineffective manager- when things are going poorly and he's receiving pressure from his superiors, he get frazzled, doesn't know what to do, and is visibly stressed and angry. The DC West office has had about 50% turnover in the past 6 months. 9 days of PTO altogether for your first calendar year, which in this area with traffic accidents and illness is ridiculous. They find very creative ways to put blame on you, keep money you've earned, and ask you to make up for other people's mistakes. Not a good company to work for. Mid Level management will never take your side on anything, it's like they're puppets parroting what upper level management says, nothing more. My manager isn't even knowledgeable about anything I ask him to do with the company. Professionalism and corporate practices. policies, and procedures are lacking, severely.
