Pros
Supportive environment, continued reoccurring training, library of reference materials such as videos so you know what to do, and a great comp package. You can earn allot of money here and the team encourages you to do so. Lots of bonuses and commissions which are uncapped. I’d say to be mindful of which office you interview with as it’s a franchise system so every group isn’t the same. I can’t speak for every office however the group in Orlando/Winter Park FL is really great!
Cons
I wouldn’t call it a con however you should really know the type of role you are seeking. Some people are better off in certain roles. If you don’t have a type A mindset with a competitive nature and passion to compete to win with your team, you probably wouldn’t like it or fit in.
