Pros
I worked there for 2 years about as happy as one could be, i was on Novartis project. I had the greatest supervisors, the best team lead. It was fun and i never planned on leaving. The pay is good for level 1 help desk and bonuses on top of that. Medical is...well as usual, its a scam wherever you go, not that great, but whatever, it was the market and not so much Unisys
Cons
Managment decided that the evening shift was moving over to after hours, in the after hours department, people take more then one project at the time. My team was promised we would only be handing 3 accounts. It was the deal to move the Novartis project with after hours. Things went fine for awhile, until Unisys lost the Novartis contract. And this is where this company went from probably 5 stars to 2 stars and that is me being generous. The promise that we where given was revoked, instead, we where all going on all the ques. The training was abysmal, complex projects that should have minimum one week training where instead focused in a few hour crash course. Only one project that i was on i felt i was partially trained, the others, i had no clue. When it went live, we where all thrown into the Que and many of us didnt have any logins, couldn't even get into the ticketing system and was excepted to place the customer on hold to ask for help. They still excepted our stats to be within range for our bonuses. There was no reason for this sudden change, there was plenty of availability to make this transition slowly
